I have a loan with sonic payday and they are calling me saying that they will garnish my wages if I don't come up with the money soon. I have paid down some, but don't have the whole amount. I live in NC and under their laws they cannot garnish any wages. Is that correct?

well i went to court on 6-9-11and disputed the plaintifs claim I had sent a DV letter within the 30 day limit approx 2 months ago the plaintif is citicards of North Dakota who hired a debt collection law firm in my state of VA named Glasser & Glasser the judge asked me why i disputed the claim I told the judge right than that do not wish to continue without a lawyer but i would answer his Question I told the the judge that i sent the plaintif a DV letter and that he has not validated the debt or showed any proof of ownership i asked for a contract with my signature the lawyer didnt present any

If the rich can be bailed out and allowed to file bankruptcy like Donald Trump and many other rich people like Pam Anderson that stiffed a 2.4 mil construction job on her home and property, then there should be a system set up that is afforable for the poor folks as well. MRS has been calling my phone time and time again and hanging up on me. THey never leave any messages, so when I hit redial, I get a recording. They do this from early mornig and one time at 1:15 in the morning. They are a nusicance and just continue to harass me day after day. :mad:

I have 5 internet PDL's. I live in Michigan and the loans are from Impactcashusa.com ($500), Pack Management Group ($200), Anasazi Management Group ($200), the Loanshop.com ($200) and Extrafunds.com ($300). I've been paying the interest on these but have found myself to be financially strapped recently. How do I get them to work with me...what should be my first step? Please help!:confused:

I need an immediate response. Last year I did get myself in financial trouble and apparently got a loan from oasis. A man is trying to get me to give a number to pay with. My fear is.....he is not providing any proof that he is legit UNTIL I give information. I am willing to do what I can to pay this but do not want to throw my money out there. Please help.
