I am new here and very frustrated with my current financial situation. I live in the state of Louisiana and any help with how to get payment arrangements with my lenders will be greatly appreciated. Nothing is past due as of yet but I cant pay these fees any longer.

I received a call from a law office today threatening litigation for a 2008 payday loan. They will not provide the original loan documents. Do I not have a right to receive that info? Can they serve me?

have 8 payday loans out and I am trying to pay them but they keep harassing me for payment. I even close all my banking accounts and have open a new one cause they kept taking money out. There is 1 loan I have paid and still taking money out. Also I just had back surgery and out of work for 6 weeks so I had to close my accounts so none could take anymore money from me. Now they are calling and harrasssing me at home and calling my work and leaving rude messages on my phone while I am out of work and my supervisor is checking my messages for me.

I went through a fertility Clinic in 2005, I paid my invoices in full at the time. 2 years later I got an invoice from them and was told that I need to write a letter to cacel my contract. I believe that I sent the letter, however I do not have any proof that I have sent the letter. I have now bee contacted by a collection agency, want to collect my debt. I have written a verification letter which I will send, but what are my options and how can I resolve this. Sincerely AJ

Is Ameriloan and One Click Cash legal in Texas? If not, then do I understand correctly that I only owe them the original amount that was borrowed? If this amount has already been paid through interest charges and fees, then I do not owe them anymore? Exactly how do I go about notifying them of this? Can this be done without closing my checking account?

My son and daughter in law are financially responsible and as far as I know have decent credit, but accumulated over several years 25 K in mostly medical expenses due to their daughter who has seizures. She is now on state program and completely covered for future expenses but her parents can't get ahead on a single credit card debt of 25K. Can you help me to help them? I got a phone call from a law office tidy stating that Payday Max is going to serve me at my place of work. I have until noon tomorrow to inform them of what I want to do. It's from 2008 from Payday Max America. The face value is 1000 dollars which includes interest. They will not provide me with the original loan documents or amount and I have no idea what it is. I am in Michigan. What are my rights????
