Is this a scam I dont want to send my money if its fake.

Some people say, they received money, from the following company, others say they got scammed. What can you tell me about the following company. National pay day loan llc.

I have about $25,000 in cc debt and can no longer afford to pay all of my bills. We just decided that there are 3 accounts we will not be paying anymore. We make too much money to file for chapt 7 so I'm wondering, why would someone ever offer me a settlment? If they push it far enough won't they eventually get their money. Not that it changes my strategy, I'm out of money and now have to pick and choose which bills I pay. Thanks for the help.

Some guy who talks very fast says he is an investigator who is filing charges on me for "deposit fraud." I know he can't do this, but does anyone know who he works with? It sounds like he says Stanley Langhorne. Thanks.

midland funding llc garnished my complete direct deposit retirement check and $13,000.00 of my savings account which most but not all was savings from 401k,ira, pension etc. i submitted proof to my credit union and they still have not released the funds. can they legally do that? secondly benneficial was the initial creditor not them

Got a claim from this office. They say that they don't have to show proof that I owe money, but can give me a % off if I pay up immediately. If I want proof, I would have to pay in full. They've obviously got my personal information.

How do I pay this outstanding collection to whom and to what address. This has been since July 2010. I want to clear this up. Thank You Patricia

Several times, via phone and mail I have asked Portfolio Recovery Associates to prove the debt they are trying to collect. The only information they give me is that it was a BOA account that was charged off in 96 and the account was in mine and my ex-husband's name. I currently have accounts with BOA and called their recovery department trying to find some answers, and they show no accounts being charged off. The 16 digit account from PRA is not BOA account number, which someone from PRA told me it was.

It might be possible to settle a debt of $1,500.00 with Shell (citibank) but how do I know what to offer them so that they will agree. This $1,500 includes 3 months of late charges and interest of approx. 28% per month.
