I currently have 2 online payday loans, zip19 and bigskycash. At first all seemed fine, I got all the emails with the .pdf explaining when money would come out, etc. I thought they were legit. Now I haven't received those emails in ages and need to know when the money will stop being debited. Between two payday loans with big sky I've borrowed $1000. I went to their website today to find info at the source but nothing was to be found so I searched the web and that's how I found this forum. I've read quite a few horror stories that so far I haven't really experienced.

Something came up on my credit report, so I called the agency to see what it was. At first they could not find the account--as it turns out it was a bill my son ran up on my last cell phone carrier. I want to get my credit rating up and get things taken care--but I am struggling. anyway they pressured me into giving them my checking account info--even though I said I did not want to do that. They said it would look like I was really making an effort. The bottom line is I cannot afford that much of a payment right now.

I live in the State of Georgia and have a Homesaver Advance Loan that Dyck-Oneal is servicing, they have a cease and desist order in Georgia. What are my options.

I receivied a Home Saver from Dyck Oneil and then my Mortgage Company did a Loan Modification, I assumed the home saver would be included, but it wasnt. I live in Georgia and I know there is a cease and desisit order against them, am I still liable for this debt ???

Okay, so I have a few questions here. First is that I broke a lease about 5 years ago when I broke up with an ex. The unpaid balance was $3k and he has refused to help me pay that. Well now I just look at my credit score and it's over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS that is on my credit. Do I have to pay this alone?? Is there a way to make him help me pay it or will it just sit there forever simply because he refuses to help pay even half of it?? Altogether my debt is about $17k. This is so scary to me. I screwed it up when I was 18 and now it's out of my control.

Hey Like two months ago I was caught shoplifting (first and last time ever) at target. I was put into jail and bailed out 24 hours later. Now my court date is coming soon and i know its all going to be settled there. But i also got a letter from the Bennett law people wanting 500.00 for target! I was like are you kidding me!?? And they keep calling and calling me and when i spoke to them once they were extremely rude to me! So i dunno if i should just keep ignoring them or what?!?! And trust me I will never ever in my life shoplift again! It was the most horrible experience of my life.
