Hello, I have several pdls,I signed up for debt consolidation,Have also closed my bank account and have open a new account at the same bank ,some of the pdls will not work with the debt consolidation co.they are the reason for closing the account.Will they be able to take money from my new account?

My question is two fold. I was told by a woman who worked in Capital One bank that if I register an LLC in NJ, and try to open an account with an EIN, my social security number will still prevent me from opening a business account because I went into Chex when I was unemployed and my overdrawn account was charged off. Is that true? My EIN is for a business and has nothing to do with my personal life especially when an LLC separates the two. My other question is: Does anyone know a bank in NJ that does not use Chex that is not Military? I was told that Capital one does not but they do.

How much can be garnished (in total) from a paycheck in TN? I have a friend who has 2 garnishments... 1 from medical bills from her ex (her ex filed bankruptcy and she is now stuck with it) and 1 from a medical bill of her own. In total is seems they are garnishing around 70% of her check causing her to need to pick up a second job. The problem is that she can not continue with the 2nd job as it is starting to conflict with her primary job.

I have already received a loan from this company.. What do I do if they try to take more money.

I live in VA 6 years ago my husband died and I sold his truck to family (military couple) they registered it in MD and a year later in NC. 18 months after I sold the truck it was driven back to VA and eventually towed. I was contacted after Dominion Towing (DT) in Springfield VA sold the truck and told I owed them 1500 dollars for storage. VA laws requires them to contact the owner. I explained I did not own the truck and that it belonged to a couple in NC and they needed to contact the registered owner, they told me they only had to contact the last Virginia Registered owner.

I am not delinquent on any accounts and have a decent credit score. However every month or two RJM checks my credit score. How do I stop this as just the name on my credit is causing me problems with job. The thought that you must have a problem if they are accessing your credit report.

does credit card dept keep rissing up and up and accumlulating untill it is paid off ? is there ever a end to it ? does bankruptsy whip out your dept completly? what the pros and cons
