gamache & myers took my money out of my bank account.cleaned me out...4300.00$..they were after my sister....her name was attached to the account...in name only.she never used it..I gave them proof.....they said that I should get my money back in 24 to 48hrs....but thier lawyers decided to keep my money.......what can I do to get my $ back?

A debt collection agency called my neighbor and asked that she give me a message for me to call the toll free # and it was urgent. I was very upset that they would contact my neighbor. Why did they not send me a certified letter to give me a chance to call. I may have received a call but due to so many telemarketers would not have paid attention Do I have any recourse in this matter. My neighbor is elderly and should not be bothered with this.

I received a letter from RJM Acquisitions trying to collect for a debt on an account I never had with a company I've never worked with. Even the social security number is incorrect. What should I do with this; should I call them?

I have 2 loans with them payday loan yes 400 fastcash 300. i have paid so much to them in rollover fees. i finally closed my bank account that angered them. they call me everyday at work. i sent them a c&d letter which they said they do not have to abide to. I also told them rollovers are not legal in ohio they said they dont have to follow that as i signed the loan agreement that i would follow the laws of utah where they are located.

I have IPDLs with Zip19 CK Marketing United Cash Loans Payment Direct Star Cash Processing (which I never agreed to. They just deposited the money and then called me. Still this day haven't agreed to anything with them.) I have taken these out within the last month and have had a nightmare in my life and am in a huge bind and cannot pay them back. My bank account has become overdrawn so of course they can't get any money. I live in Tennessee and have tried to do research on my own but it is so confusing and not very clear.

My spouse is in bankruptcy and I am currently unemployed & unable to find a job. I was recently sued and I thought that maybe my spouse could borrow from his profit sharing to settle the debt and pay him self back or with my potential job offers coming in I could pay what he borrowed to help settle my judgement case because I don't want it to grow with interest. My spouse flat out refused & said that while he is in bankruptcy the Trustee may decide any day to just dismiss his bankruptcy so he is saving his money in his profit sharing just in case he needs to use all ofit to save his house.

I received a email from Nationwide cash reminding me of a payment of $30.00 I sen tthem the ach letter again and got the reponse that I need to call yeah right as if I am. They got jokes!!!

Is Mr. Geraci aware of the bad business practices that go on? Is there a feedback link to him, email address or a district VP or something?

I added my wife on to almost all of my credit cards as an authorized user years ago which helped increase her credit score. Times got tougher and more debt added up causing me to back track a bit. January 2011, I called all my creditors and requested that she now be removed as an authorized user assuming all the debt in my name was having a huge impact on bringing her score down. I just got a copy of both our credit reports and I am now confused about something. Down where it shows the 24 month payment history, it looks like the last reportings were December 2010 on my wife's report.

has anybody worked with oak view law group on debt settlement? And would it be better to do it yourself or hire someone like this. [size=2][/size] thank you
