My husband had me go online to the money mutual and try to get him a loan on February 21. On February 22 hw reseaves a phone call from SGQ ltd. And they told him he was approved for a $200 loan and I know that was not one of the sites that I went to. Well I did not really think much of it at the time. They started to take the money out of our account on March 9th. They have been taking out $60 every two weeks sense. We were only supposed to be paying them back $260 and we have already paid them $300. I tried to call them and all I could get was their voice machine.

I have 3 payday loans (walk-ins). I live in chicago. The loans stores are the following: Check n go, for 1700, check into cash for 1000, and pls for 800. Will the let me have a payment plan with them? Should i chang banks so that i can have some control over my money? I am so scared!

Both are behind and after being late for 5 months I talked with a senior rep who offered a settlement 10k on both accounts, I could not do that so they said they would take $550 a month until things get better. I don't know what to do or how to get help !! I'll try to make this short but its a long story....anyhow in Jan.'10 my spouse was arrested for dv rightfully...in his revenge he cancelled my auto wd meanwhile bank never notified me when I did find out I called wells Fargo immediately still unaware of what happened with spouse stopping the auto wd until months later ....I was only 1 month behind when I found out I made a month and 3/4 payment and called back a week later to finish paying what I owed only to be told I couldn't make anymore payments and was advised to do a loan mod.

At this point I have been reading for hours and my head is swimming. I need to know that I have this right before sending off letters and blocking my checking account tomorrow. First of all I have three payday loans that draw from my checking account once every two weeks.

I live in NC. I have 8 payday loans that I am still paying on. What can they do if I am unable to pay on them due to I am having back surgery on Tuesday and been out of work. I have try to call and let them know but they are very rude and if I could not pay a payment on 05-06-11 they will take me to court and sue me.

Hi, I was wondering due to my health I didn't catch any of the transacitons by ach eft from verizon direct tv paypal for 4 yrs since 2007. I can't find software to show who pulled these amounts. One month 750 just to Verizon. Reason i know is i get email thank you for your direct debit. I am just wondering as I have tried to do it and they have looked at it but, don't believe me I did everything police, cred. reports, changed acccout s now banks. Thanks so much.
