I closed my account and sent out letters about a months ago. I was dealing w/Discount advances, ameriloan and usfastcash. I hadnt heard anything from them when I log into the site, tells me to call or gives an error. Ive been checking my junk email and nothing from them. I started getting calls from Ameriloan last week and today usfastcash has started. I refuse to answer, especially in the letter it states, do not call me or my references. What should I do? Change my number? Send another letter?

I want to pay off my loan to one click cash but all they would tell me is to go to compliance department@one click cash we just want to pay it off so they will stop taking money out of our account

Hello, I am currently working with an agency and paying off my balance with a payment plan. I was just wondering, can I be charged a fee for a late payment? The settlement letter I received says at the bottom, "late payments are subject to a $5.00 per day fee (up to $10.00 per month) if 24 hour notice is not given. I asked the collector and he said its mostly so people who mail in payments are faithful to their due date and give them notice before hand if they need to move something. I was just curious if this is a normal practice as this is my first time working with a collector. Thanks

2 years ago i recived a refund cheque from a company for 800 euro 5 weeks ago i recived a letter from the bank saying the cheque should have been for 8 euro right enough the wording is eight euro but figuers 800 signed by 2 people also the bank took the cheque to pay off my C C i didnt notice untill a copy of the cheque was sent out do i have to pay the bank the differance

I just received a summons on a debt from a third party debt collector claiming they have been assigned by the CC company. (5 years ago) The debt on my credit report shows it was filed on 6/2006. I know the SOL for NJ is 6 years - can I still file that the SOL is up since it is only one month away? Also, if the only proof they have is a judgment they filed with a NY court (I was living in NY at the time) they got the judgment against me because I never received the court order at the address they sent it to (claimed to) and therefore could not dispute it.

Can anyone tell me how the data here is generated and what it means. I have a $44 balance on one account that says " This account is scheduled to continue on record until Nov 2011." Will it automatically go away then? In the past I has some trouble paying my mortgage account it says: " [FONT=&quot][SIZE=2]Status Details: As of Sep 2014, this account is scheduled to go to a positive status." I am current on the account and have been for more then a year.

I have a $900 loan($1100 after fees) with a store front AA in Texas. I simply cannot afford the finance charges any longer- this has been going on for over a year. The settlement companies I have called seem shady. I called AA last Friday and asked if I could work out a payment arrangement- and was told no way. The cashier said if I didn't bring money in, it would go "to the next level". My checking account is now closed; should I call again and tell her that? I don't know what to do and I am embarrassed about the whole situation. My husband does not know.
