HI! I've received the letter from CSI. I did not knew who they are, so I did research online and found your forum. I was thinking to call them before I read this, but now I'm not sure if it's a good idea at all. In the letter they saying that I have to reply within 30 days, but they already started to call me and my ex-wife. I do owe money to my credit card, but I'm out of job and simply cannot pay it at this time. Can you please advise what should I do? Thank you in advance!:confused:

Hello, I currently am being charged by several PDL's that I have overpaid the principle on. I live in NYS, where PDL's are prohibited. The PDL's that I have are not licensed to operate in my state. I have contacted my state's AG, and they are more than happy to help, but in the meantime, my bank account continues to be mauled. My question is, I see advice given on putting a bank account on deposit only status. How do I do this? Do all banks do this service? Will I be charged fees for returned checks? I reside in New York and stupidly took a payday loan from these people last year. After i discovered that this practice was illegal i immediately closed my account and sent them an email informing them that I had become aware the transaction was illegal and since I had repaid the principle loan of 600 as well as excess i did not owe them anything. Now i am receiving calls from a company supposedly called T & R associates saying i committed internet fraud and they would be attaching a wage assignment to my social security number. What is my recourse at this point

is this company legit in Pennsylvania?

I was a manager at an insurance company called Bankers Life and Casualty. I quit after 2 years of abuse, and about 6 months later they sent me a letter saying I owe them 4k in charge backs claiming that my clients cancelled their policies and I owe them the commissions they paid me back. So I dont pay because its ridiculous and now Im getting letters from Stuart Allen and Associates threatening to sue me.

They called and asked for my dad and when i told them he was sleeping they were very rude \........... they said go wake him up X4 ad i said NO:neutral:

I just had surgery that will keep me out of work at least another 5 months, I have been out for 2 already. I have atleast 3 debt places after me for medical bills from years ago. I support a family of 5 alone. I have my fiance, and 3 kids ages 5, 3, and 4 months old. I need to be able to pay my immediate bills, while trying to take care of this debt. Its difficult to do.

I got a garnishment disclosure in the mail today...from midland fudning llc...and i have NO CLUE why, what it for..and there is no number or anyway to contact anyone about it???? help

can i submit a validation letter after making a payment?
