I have a $1000 pay day debt, how much can be consolidated? :confused:

Collection agencies are making my life hell, can DebtCC help me?

okay..i have 26000 debt, credit card, $13 hr job...i believe bankruptcy is the way to go for m , i am 60, and credit is no longer an issue.. there is a place in phoenix, discount divorce and bankruptcy...they will do bankruptcy for $199....the place is a legal document provider....they have me fill out the forms....they check them, they file them for me...i don,t even have to go to the court house....they have a server if someone objects to my petition.... they have done 10000 cases, and not one rejected.....anyone have any suggestions about this...it sound cool to me....i do know some about

I want to put WWR in debt settlement..Are the chances high they will take me to court as Im trying to settle the debt over a 2-3 year period..will they work with settlement companies if the client is activily working to eliminate the debt.

Will WWR take me into court if I have turned them over to a debt settlement compnay...Original debt was 8,800, paid down to 8,200. I paid 250 a month for 3 mons. All of a sudden they want 980 a month to pay it off. I freaked out and turned it over to a Debt settlement. They said they would settle for 5,500 but I dont have that kind of cash lying around...they were very mean too. It was either that or bankrupcy. I wanted to pay the debt but they want it in the next 9mos..I cant do it.

I was one of the thousands that fell for Cash Call in 2007, it was written off in the amount of $5075.00 as of 08/2009 per my credit report. The account was then sold to California Commercial Credit, CCC listed on my credit report it was opened with them on 05/2006 and then last reported as a collection acct with the credit limit/original acct bal being $5829.00. I never heard anything from this creditor until 12/3/2010 through their attorney telling me to pay $10,079.93 which included a creditor bal of $4,898.71 as of 11/26/2007 or they would issue a civil warrant.

Anyone or MCA knows of any banks or credit unions in the Nashville,TN area that I can get a account with if I'm in chex?

I have a credit card company that has charged off debt for me on credit rpt but the agency that is sending me letters trying to collect the debt is not showing on my report. How do I get the debt showed as paid?

Have you ever heard of Midland Credit Mgmt. emptying someones checking account of the brother of the debtor? My brother just paid a check by phone for $100 to give me time to see if I might find a way to pay them (Paid in full)!

I currently have 80K in credit card debt. I am 67yrs old and my husband is 82. We get about 1800 a month in social security and that's all our income. We have about 95k in investments and our home is valued at around 80k. I am not sure what do. I can no longer afford to make the payments every month without selling off our investments. i would prefer to settle with credit card companies for 40k and be done with it but they are not willing to work with me because we are still making payments. I am wondering if they will be able to seize our investment account and home in wisconsin?
