I have a payday loan company calling and harrasing me. The thing is i never got a loan with this company. They are threatning me saying i am being sued and will go to jail. All this for a supposed $300 loan that was never paid back? Please help, i never got any money from this company. They would not give me any information on the company this was for or anything.

I took a payday loan back in December from Lakota Cash. They were debiting my account $150 every two weeks. I couldn't pay back the full thing, and they wouldn't work with me. They are now telling me I owe $582.00 in full or they will garnish me. What do I do? I live in Colorado. They have taken well over the $500 I orignally borrowed from them.

I have been getting numerous calls both on my cell and work phone from CFG & Associates. The recording from a Nick says they need to talk to me before decisions are made on my behalf. I finally called them back and a James Wilkerson that answered the phone told me it was about a Check n Go account that I owed. A few years ago I did have a Check n Go account, but to my knowlege it was paid off long ago. I had to make payments to them, but unfortunately, I don't think I have any payment receipts. I would have thought that I would have heard from Check n Go if I didn't completely pay it off.

we find it hard to pay the tustee sometimes. if something goes wrong with the pool or high electric bills we are out of budget. what can we do?

Good morning, Unfortunately I have set up payments through this company and have already had one payment automatically come out of my checking account. I cannot get a hold of them now and I am not sure what to do. I called my bank to stop a payment but I cannot do that untill it posts.

DCS notified my daughter 3-20 they are collecting on her defaulted student loan (which was co signed by my wife). In phone conversations with DCS they have told my wife and daughter entire amount is due immediately and will not discuss other options. I would like to get back on track with a monthly payment and stay involved to ensure it does not happen again. Any advice?

Has anyone heard of Parker and Parker law firm? I just had a very fun conversation with one of their reps telling me that I was going to jail if I did not pay the debt they had for CashNetUSA. The funny thing is I never took out a loan with cashnetusa. I had fun explaining to him that he could not threaten me with jail as it was illegal and that I wanted a letter sent to me in the mail and that he only had 5 days from today to get that mailed and after that I had 30 days to dispute the debt.

I just got a call from Julie who Left me a message putting my business on my phone saying it was really important I am going to call her back to see what she wants but who does Alliance collect for and what is the deal with them? Anybody

I received a letter from Alliance Asset Management on April 12th. I have 30 days to dispute debt they are trying to collect for Cash Direct Express. I did NOT contact AAM nor did I talk to anyone...they contacted me first. I am only saying this because the samples I found are worded in such a way that doesn't apply to my situation. Can anyone help? I need to get this out ASAP. Thank you!!! :)
