I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction both deposits and withdrawals from my account. I have authortized my bank to stop processing from this company.

My employer well over 2 years ago changed my phone number so they couldn't hound me at my desk. Now this morning I get in and there is 5 hangup calls on my voicemail. No details, of time, date or anything. Just the hang ups. I can't imagine this is just a coincidence. They must have gotten someone at headquarters who "gave" my phone number out. A cease and desist will not work because these are the india people that keep calling. Dang it.

My current credit score is 558. Is it good or bad?

I have copied the summons below and would appreciate your expertise in how I should answer this. I have answer some, but would really like to know if I am doing this correctly.

I have copied the summons i received and am having trouble with #V. I would appreciate it, very much if someone could read over the Summons and tell me what I have missed or if it looks OK (sort of) I have also typed up a Debt Validation letter to the CA that is the attorney.

How can this company have an A+ rating with the BBB? What they do is no different than the classic phone scam. They are predators and need to be shut down. Now that I have their address, I think I will go pay them a visit and "settle" the debt they say I owe, which by the way is a complete fabrication. RJM Acquisitions are no more than common thugs.

just rec'd a class action notification from a Federal Court regarding a class-action lawsuit against Midland Funding. the case is Andrea Brent V. Midland Credit Management, Case # 3:08-cv-01434. joins in the suit, he will recieve approx. $10.00 and will be bound by the settlement.... that's just fine, but what about getting the current judgement vacated and removed from our credit?? If I join in this suit, will we be able to do anything about that? Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated. THANK YOU Terry

Midland Credit Management

There was so much spam that it was almost impossible to delete it, over a 1000 posts of spam and so much more! I can hardly post, can't reply to any threads because all this spam with scripts on the pages slow me down to almost a halt. I have been here an hour and all I have done is delete spam, and there is still more to delete! This is out of hand, I'm not kidding.

anyone ever here of them? Who do they collect for? They keep calling on SS should I tell them this?
