I live in NM. I have 5 payday loans. 4 of them via internet in which I set up ACH withdrawals. My account is $950 overdrawn. I can correct this. But if I close my bank account & default completely what will happen? My present interest rates are enormous. I am on the verge of being homeless. Hi everyone. I wanted to see if I can get some advise. A little over a year ago I was contact by someone from AMO claiming they were collecting for unpaid state tax from 2005. I paid my taxes in 2005 and she said to fax over documentation. I did so and then a week later I get a call from the same women claim that I still owed for 2007. I filed my 2005-2007 taxes all at the same time and had to dig through my records to see if I didn't pay. I never could find my records of paying and 2007 was a rough year so I might not have been able to pay.

I had a phone call from a man who had an accent and said that I owed money on a internet loan. I asked him to send me information and he said he couldn't because I am a suspect and he will have the police get me on Monday to bring me to court. Do I need to be concerned about this?

Hello - My husband had recieved a fraudulent cell phone bill from AT&T back in 2005. They were charging him for every minute of the day but on the statement it did not show a phone number that he was being charged for and AT&T refused to give him any info. To make a long story short Palisades Collection Agency filed a judgment against my husband in 2007. My brother -n- law being an attorney called Palisades and disputed with them their actions. Palisades then vacated and set aside the judgment We had no idea this was on my husbands credit until the other day.

Well I have had a good day, Integrity Advance has given me a paid in full notice but I am still fighting them for my refund. I am going to stick to my guns with them until I receive a refund. I am still fighting with Star Cash Processing but I was able to get new information on them and United Cash Loans, neither company is owned or operated by the Miami National Tribe so you can ffile complaints with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office which they indicated to me that they will get me the outcome that I am asking for.
