Been gone on vacation for a month. My caller ID has a 800-715-0395 almost every day I have been gone. I do not have any outstanding debt nor does my immediate family.Its probably over 30 years since a collection agency has called me. So what are they up to???

I have 7 loans out and they are eating me up, I want to pay them off but by the time i just pay the fees on some there is nothing really left. what options might i have, any help appreciated

Hi-I used Ace Cash Services for a loan in PA. They have debited so much in ridiculous fees from my account and are still hounding me. First of all, are they a legal company even and how do i get them off my back without paying them these outrageous fees.
