is it okay to pay the CA thru automatic withdrawal fr. your checking acct. for your monthly payments after you have made the settlement? are they required to send you a receipt for the said monthly payments that you remit to the CA?

Hello, I live in Washington State and just received a letter from the courts saying that cache llc had won a judgement against me for $6,000.00. I don't recall ever having had any interaction with these people. I did have a credit card debt about 5 years ago,but a law firm had contacted me and I made payment arrangements with them and made my payments for about 18 months. Then with out notice or a phone call or any thing else they quit taking my payments out of my checking account.

i got a loan from this company back in December, and i was under the impression that the 155 dollars they took from each paycheck was to pay the loan, hence its called a payday loan. they are still taking 310 dollars a month. this is causing me to not be able to pay my bills or rent. there is no way i can pay the initial loan payment off at once, which is apparently what they want. What do i do?

So i got my paycheck and to my surprise was a garnishment flat? of $464. My check was only 641.70 before taxes. I live in Oregon. I have never seen anything saying i was getting garnished in the first place and its well above the 25% max that my state allows. What does the flat mean. will it be that much every check till its paid off or is it a settlement? I haven't seen any judgement against me for anything and i don't know who or where to go to find out. I do owe medical bills from a few years ago but i dont know for sure if its that or not.
