Aloha from paradise! I opened a small business in 2008, taking out a home equity loan plus small business loan. With the economy tanking our business went down big time with decreased travelersleaving island. Ended up taking out more loans just to make ends meet. Also tried to negotiate with our landlords to no avail: stalling tactics, delays, reviews so finally stopped paying rent until we could get resolved. Now we have had the summons, hired an attorney, next is trial date this week. We are now talking to another attorney for bankrupcy as we can't afford these payments.

i just defaulted on my pdls and send 3 of them a letter. the only one i havent is speedy cash. the speedy cash i borrowed from is online and the address is listed at the end of the site as : speedycash/rapid cash 3527 n ridge road wichita kansas 67205. is this speedy cash legal or illegal? please answer my post i am so confused. i live in texas. thank you very much.

I am being sued by LVNV Funding for $2,336 and have yet to answer to the court, i have 20 days. Is it to late to try and settle with them by payment plan outside of court. The debt is valid and I have been putting it off for to long. I want to take responsibility for it now.

How do i cash a personal check but lost my ideal "wallet"

My son is unemployed and will receive two or three more u,e. checks this month. However, he is being sued for credit card debt, breech of contract. He has no lawyer to represent him as he is financially distressed. The second court proceeding with this credit card company is tomorrow. What can we do to help him in his fianancial crisis as we have no money either?

I received a letter from GC Services about my default college loan. I can not pay the whole amount that I still owe as they said I must. How can I solve this. I am 68 years old and retired on a fixed income.

hi all i have managed to get TERRIFIC hardship programs on 3 of my 4 credit cards.... so that i can probably actually pay them off. discover - .9% for five years, chase - 0% for five years, PNC - 4% for 5 years... bank of america will NOT do a hardship plan, will continue to charge me 29% interest AND won't settle for less than 50%. any suggestions?

I am in serious trouble. I live in New York City and have 5 payday loans that are current. The companies that I have loans out with are VIP Loan Shop, Redstone Cash, Ez-Pay-Day, MyCashNow and PayDayMax. I have been making payments totaling roughly $700 every other week and I have a debt totaling $2000 combined. I see no end in sight and have been trying to pay them down but nothing is working. Please help me with any advice. Is it possible to considilate these loans so I can make just one monthly payment? I have paid so much money in fees that it makes me sick to my stomach.

ok so I am having so much fun ignoring their childish phone calls I have blocked them from calling my home so now they call my cell and I know the number so I ignore them!!!! I think they hate me. They told the BBB they refuse to participate in my complaint or respond so I refuse to respond to their nonsense!!! I feel so empowered!:D

We need to get the address to write to the charge accounts for Discover and Chase & Chase Ink At this time we have had to stop paying these accounts - in hopes of house sales.
