This charge was done by IDENTITY PROTECTOR IVR FOR $14.99. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I cancelled this back in December 2010 before the cut off statement date and never got the credit until 03/06/2011. I am requesting a credit for ALL THE INTERSET & LATE CHARGES TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, was told that I need to write you about the credit. Please bring my account to ZERO and never let third party solicitors have access to my account.

Is there anyway to stop a payday loan intrest fee from being debited from my account?

I have received a summons concerning my credit card debt. I do not at present have the resources to pay this debt. When the economy tanked I was still paying my debt every month on time. The CC Companys with my larger debt decided to increase my interest substancially. I contacted them and said if you this you are placing me at risk for default. Didn't matter, I lost my job and so I am in default. I have another job. However, my previous job cut my hours so much that I had to look for another....Out of work for a good eight months didn't help.

T R S has been calling me for a couple of months. They have called me over 14 times. 2 times they called on a Sunday. My credit is excellent my score is over 850. Comerica turned the account over to T R S. I had an overdraft of $6.34. The bank told me I owed them $40.00. I told T R S on several occassions to take me to court. They still keep calling. Do I have a case for harrasment?

Hello.. I have a little problem here and i hope someone could give me some advices This was 2 years ago when i was 18, i over draft about $11 with bank of america, however the overdraft fee went up to $280 i got really mad so i decided not to pay for it. After awhile they closed up my account, i didn't know that if i dont pay for it i can't open another account with any other bank, that went on for over a year now. I finally got a job, and i called bank of america to settle the debt that i owe because i want to start everything all over again, so i can get back on track.

I recently received a phone call from a law firm representing a PDL (internet) company....I believe it was Cash Net USA. The loan was taken out back in 2007. They requested a massive amount of money, but I told them I was unable to pay them due to the fact that I'm the only one employed in our household. I told them (without an attitude) to basically do what they had to do...because there is nothing I can do at this time unfortunately. In the state of Texas, can you be summoned at work for a PDL.
