I received a call from CRS Firm and a lady named Liz said that I was the spouse of a friend of mine. She said a friend of mine had put me down as his spouse? I am not his spouse, I live in SC he lives in Ga. My friend, keeps telling me that he did not do this and did not put me down as his spouse. Is CRS Firm a Scam??? The number the were calling from 888-656-7012. Can anyone give me any information on this company, it is causing me tremendous grief and hard feelings between us. I am being contacted by someone in CA stating they work for United Law Services, they have a strong Middle Eastern accent. he states that I have felony charges brought against me for an unpaid payday loan and if i don't pay it he will send someone to my work or home to pick me up, he said he would contact my job & get me fired and he would call my kids school.

I would love any help possible. Between my husband and I we have 14 payday loans. I have sent out the C&D letters requesting refunds since we have paid most of them more then what was borrowed and when we went to the bank to close the account the bank gave us a really hard time and now we just got a letter stating that account is in the negative because there was something pending the day they were going to close it and they had to wait and now some of these are still hitting that account.
