i need to consolidate 1250.00 of payday loans.

This morning I deleted over 250 spam posts. If I were a new person coming to this website and saw all the spam posts, I would move on. You have to wade through them to read legitimate posts. Isn't there any way the spam can be stopped by having a block put on subject words like "viagra, cialis, nexium" etc. I can do that on my work e-mail..... ???:confused:

this company called my father the other day and said they were with the harris county sheriffs department and that my father had a felony warrent out for his arrest for a hot check and if he didn't pay it today they were going to arrest him my father is a very ill man and he got very upset because he did't know what they were talking about come to find out it was from a bank he owed 6yrs ago. what i want to know is are they allowed to pose as a police officer and who can i report this to.

I have "one" debt on my credit report that I do owe. I want to call, write or contact them and settle so the status of "frozen" will come off my credit record. How do you go about "finding" a company when there is no contact number, address or anything?? They are listed as Resolution Management??

I have two collections on my credit report, but never got a collection notice or chance to have the CA validate the debt. If I send them a DV letter now, I???m almost certain they will respond that the 30 day period is up, what do you do in a situation like this? its their word against mine I don???t think that will hold up in court. So I got a call from Ameriloan today after the call from Nationwide yesterday. I told ameriloan I am willing to pay the principal of 200.00 not a penny more or less. They have not beenable to debit my account because before their payment was due I found this site and closed my account.
