Kansas counnselors reported a case to experian. After I called there they dont know anything about me. Either me or my husband can be found. The account no is missing the last 4 no. there are only xxxx After I spend 3 hours on the phone listening to the machine I need to know how I can get some information Please help

I need an account no. On my credit report is only a few no and than 4xxxx How do I find out what the no is

Okay so I have a unique account garnishment situation that I really need help getting solved. On Friday February 11, 2011 a garnishment was taken out of my account in the amount of $100.00 and my accounts were thereafter frozen (I am a college student away from home and had money in my savings for living expenses and ICE). I called my bank and was directed to their legal department and wasn't able to get any meaningful information (I wasn't able to get in contact with the rep over the case).

I just get a call from someone name Frank Davis from number 973-621-1732.He is saying that he is going to stop at my residence in the next 2-3 hours,and if I had any questions I can call 855-398-3355 and talk to the filing party. Anyone ever deal with this? He did not mention the name of the company he works for. I do have a payday loan that I stopped payment on because I am no longer working. I am in NJ. I have read a couple of responses to go to consumerfed org to copy a passage in there and paste in email responding to illegal PD lenders...I have looked but I don't see where to go or look. Can someone please guide me/walk me through it?? Thanks much!!

i recieved a few calls from lumbardo davis firm stating i needed to make payment arrangements for a debt. they told me the company they were calling about and it was a real debt that i owed so i set up arrangements for the amount to be debited bi-weekly on my paydays until the debt was satified. i wrote down everything they told me including the total amount i needed to pay.

I live in Ohio. In 2010, I started taking out payday loans. I had a total of 6 loans at one time. I got way over my head. I didn't have the money to pay these loans and pay my everyday bills. I let all of them default. I realize I need to pay these loans. But, now I have all of trying to settle them at one time.

I am so close to paying off all of my debt I can smell it. I have one credit card from forever and a day ago that keeps tacking on fees, etc. for overlimit and I can't seem to get it down. I just don't have the extra money currently. Has anyone ever borrowed from their 401k and would it be smart for me to do this.
