I have a question regarding some phone calls, that we have been receiving from some indian accents. My telephone number is unpublished, some how these people probably skip traced my land-line and found us through that. They have been calling threatening us saying we have to have an attorney of record. Yesterday they called my husband's cell phone again, you can't even understand who she is or what she's saying except you must return our call don't ignore it, or retain attorney of record. I want to know how go about tracing these fake bastards and suing them.

Success: Got 3 loans written off...one still owes me a ton, but hoping that my complaints will push them to pay me back. I have recently recieved several calls from MRS. Two weeks ago I informed them that they had the wrong person. However, they keep calling. Before identifying themselves or the reason(s) for their calls they inform me that I am being recorded. This I believe violates Florida statues. I do not owe anyone money and find these calls annoying.

I have many internet oayday loans I live in New Jersey. I was told by My Payday Loan I awas bound by Costa Rican Laws, I have Money to advance.com, United Cash Loans, LoanShoponline, Nationwide, Ameriloan, Everest Cash Advance, East Side Lenders, 247 green street, Integrity Advance, I owe about 605.50 to all companies added up and Mypayday loan actually owes me 123.50. I sent them all revocation letter except MyCash Now I can't email them it comes back I have no fax number or anything what can I do? How can I get from under these payday loan.

I have a question,,,,if I have an internet loan out with a LEGAL PDL,,,,CashNetUsa, Checkngo,,,,and I have already paid more that the principal. Am I required to pay the rest? I live in OH and one is $1100,,,I have paid 1238.12,,,and the other is 1300 and I have paid 1048.49,,,,this one I still owe a little on principal. Please give me some much needed advice!!!!:-?
