USA benifits called me & told me that i will get $100 gift card for free of any cost. these $100 are for points i got during shopping. they asked my all details. are they fraud? will they misuse my information? plese help. how can i save my account money?:(

Hello...and forgive me if this is old news, but I've been getting at least two or three of the "a case is being downloaded to your Social Security number" scam calls daily as of late...and finally I got fed up and ran a check on one of the numbers they left as a call back number.... 817-400-6871 to see if it is a landline or a cell...with plans to utilize Google Voice to have a little fun with them. It came up a LAND LINE in Texas!

Am struggling to pay back payday loans, I may default. What would be the next step?

I need some advise, I have 5 in store payday loans, i have been paying on these loans for well over 6 months some even longer, the problem is that i cant afford them anymore, several i have paid back triple than i borrowed, reason being, i only could afford paying the interest on the loans and not any to principle, but now i've gotten behind on my other bills, and cant pay the paydays loans no longer, any advice..

I got delivery confirmation (2/24) on a letter I sent AMEX attorney electing arbitration. Today I was served papers from the same attny filing suit for AMEX. The date on the summons was 3/3. I called this attorney and he said they must have crossed in the mail etc etc.

I have some old payday loans that have gone to collections, the latest call has come from a Chris Parker and Daniel White from ARG or FFR I believe they said that was the name 888-262-6420. They are holding 3 illegal payday loans from Hushawk, SDS and Laser. I want to pay the principal that I took out on these( I feel that is only right), but these guys won't send me a debit validation letter or give me their address so I can mail them a money order.

I have no pdl's out and am a pdl virgin but i need money before my car is repossesed. My Car payment is 400 and i have been approved for the loan but with the horror stories...im lost. My bright idea is todo wat the last poster did...or learn from his mistakes. If I were to goto a Unlicensed CA pdl and paid the payments until the principlle was paid, then closed my acct, did the hard credit block &then the the letter/email. Would I essentially get a loan plus the intial fee only? Any alternatives would be more than helpful.

I have received 2 or 3 calls from this entity. I have no idea who they are, and I do not owe any past-due debts. How do they get web addresses for folks like me, and how can I get rid of them. It is a nuisance and I don't want to hear from them again. Thank you very much.

I sent out a CCA request to a creditor, the 12 days are up on 16 March 2011.I have rec a letter from them stating that they need time to check records and will get back to me in 28 days..Is this right
