I had a payday loan with Vince enterprises for 300. I have paid them $360. Well I sent them the letter stating that they are not licensed in my state of MS, etc.. I sent this numerous times, by email & fax & never received a response from them. Well today I received a call from NCA collection agency stating that I had a balance of $510 that is owed to Vince & if I didn't pay this now they are going to report this on my credit. What can I do to make sure this doesn't go on my credit & I have already paid Vince 360. There fee is actually 90, so maybe I owe them 30 but not 510???

I ecently checked my credit and it has previous addresses and an acount for pinnacle credit that does not pertain to me. My fathers name is the same as mine and i think they're mistakening him for me but how if the birthdate is way different? How can i fix this problem?
