Today I received a call from 1-888-286-8410 and said that basically I have been served. Can you serve someone over the phone. They said that I would either be served at work or at my home. I tried to call this number but noone answered will try again in the morning. Any info on this is helpful thank you

HI I wanted to know if US fast cash and One Click Cash are illegal for CT ?

Hi - I have taken out a couple of payday loans back in 2008 /2009 - I lost my job and was extremely sick which leaded me to not paying my bills... I took out money from One Click Cash and US Fast Cash - I am guessing since these companies are illegal I have to tell them that I am only going to pay the amount I took out ? Will these companies that are illegal ever show up on my credit report? And what if I never pay them what would happen? I have to know what I got myself into and what I am currently in. if you settle a debt and are to receive a 1099c when should they arrive in the mail, if you did so by december 2010?

I get this letter in the mail today stating that I owe $536.Regular company it was from is Cash Direct Express, it says to make check payable to Unified Asset Solutions,LLC. Steven James de Rosa is the name at the heading of letter. Says to call 855-227-8829 to speak to someone in the outsourced legal department at Unified Asset Solutions,LLC

I short-saled my house last year and I cannot get the institution to issue a 1099-c for my tax purposes. This in Arizona and is supposed to be a cancellation of the debt.
