Long story "shortened" I received court summons 2 yrs ago for Capitol One debt. Settled with Gamache and Myers to make payments of $100/month until the $1132.00 debt was fulfilled. Paid $700.00 dollars of the amount, got laid off but stayed in contact with Gamache on a monthly basis. 4 months passed, found a job, went to resume payments and was told by Gamache that my account had been sold off to "another" collections firm. This was in June of 2010. Made numerous attempts to track down the owners of my account to get it resolved.

what if you have paid this debt off years ago and you don't have proof now , and they are still harassing you, they have bought out agencies over and over again. i talked with on the telephone, they asked me to send them a copy of the payment, when i sent it , they'll wait another few years and start all over again calling from 8:00am until 9:oopm. what else can i do it has been 8 years since i have paid them off with a settllement offer.

Can anyone help me? They just sent a Fax to my work asking for employment vertification. I was lucky to get the fax. Can anything happen if I don't send it to them? Do I send a s&d or vertification of loan. I received soemthing in the mail last week from them for the loan I took out with SSM group. I paid way more than I was suppose to any suggestions.

Hi, I have 2 internet payday loans that I've been paying interest only on for over 2 months now. I'm finding it extremely difficult to pay them any more than what the finance charges are. I live in Florida and have the following 2 internet payday loans: One Click Cash- Borrowed $400 + $120 finance charges every two weeks. Advantage Cash Services- Borrowed $200 + $60 finance charges every two weeks. Can anyone tell me if any of these are legal and if not, how I can go about dealing with them? OK, long story short, I had to take out a few more through the end of 2009 till now. I never thought to look into their legality. I have defaulted on my mortgage. The total loan amount is nearly $75,000. So far, I have made the payments on time. My credit is also good. However, I can't afford to make the payments anymore. has anyone out there ever heard of pdlr group or have their address, a ms. felix called me at work and told me she had a wage assignment from some payday loan company that i've never heard of and was going to garnish my paycheck 25%, can they legally do this with a phone call, i'm so upset, what can i do, the phone number given me was 877-269-0088, i would appreciate any help, thanks
