HI Have never received any paperwork in writing of any kind. Continuous calls from 877-801-8409 claim to be first national arbitration. Now calls from Marshall Bailey that he is a process carrier and needs to schedule a meeting for me to accept court documents. He claims I need to call the 877 number, petitioner, for information. I don't want to call this scam number..any suggestions. Not sure what this about--I have a couple of payday loans I stopped allowing bank charges on. So guess this is the issue.

I have had a Chases cc account turned over to them. I have been avoiding them. I am now in a better position. How are they to deal with? I know they have had complaints in the past. Are they willing to settle for lees than what I owe? Thanks for any help.

I have a judgment on me from Zwicher & Associates, along with a lien against my home. Yet they still call at least once a day, even though I've told them that I'm not paying them, they have gone as far as they could (they can't garnishee) but they say they are still going to call until I settle. Is there anything I can do to stop the calls?

I live in AZ and they past some legislation last year ending pay day loans. I got in a pinch again and resorted to finding a few companies online that would lend to me. It has gotten pretty bad now and I am getting buried. I am trying to close my CHK acct at BofA, but depending on the person you talk to, they may reopen the acct since the payments are "ACH". My question is, How do I get control of this and what are my rights based on my state?

I have a $9000 debt with BoA and $6000 with Citibank. These debts were incurred from me writing those 0% APR checks to myself to pay off personal loans accumulated while I was in college. The one from Citibank was written in June 2010 and BoA in October 2010. I still have the 0% APR with Citibank til April 2011 and BoA til July 2011. My minimum payment each month from Citibank is $79 from Citibank and $89 from BoA. After the 0% expired, my APR will increase to 23.99%. Since graduation from college June 2010, I have still not found a job.
