I've sent a letter revoking the wage assignment, ACH, check creations. I've talked to payroll (so humiliating). When Zip19 didn't get their wage assignment to go through, they responded to my letter and offered 7 equal payments via moneygram for the $1800.

If you borrowed the money and didnt pay it back, stop crying. Grow up and pay your debts. Nothing is free....This site is full of nothing but deadbeats, just mad because they finally have to deal with their negligence.

I have also sent letters to the BBB and Department of Banking. PA's Department of Banking called and told us that there wasn't anything that they could do.

I consolidated several credit cards with FIA Card Services. They have tripled my interest rate and will not discuss lowering my rate or may payment. Their only resolution is a debt solutions company they own and operate. They are the most unfriendly company ever. I will never work with BofA again. A Comment not a question.

Be very cautious with these people. They tell you that your file is approved after receiving a good appraisal, get all of you documents in order, confirm and request the payoffs, FICO score okay,get your verification of income, evidence of insurabilty, etc , etc... tell you that you are good to go, that all is good and your ratios, and credit , etc conform to the guidelines and criterea of the FHA and then tell you a projected closing date forthcoming after someone reviews your file . Only to be told that some committee did not approve now ??
