I have 3 payday loans in Arkansas, (Little Rock city ) they are: Advantage Cash Service ~ $350.00 (paid $105) JVC Lending ~ $300.00 (paid $270.00) Ameriloan ~ $300.00 (paid $180.00) I recently had to close down my bank account due to fraud in the account (stolen debit card and check book) I contacted all of the lenders and told them that if they would send me an address I would send them payments. I have not recieved a call from any of them. I did recieve a call today from "American Law Offices" saying that Cash Advance USA is sueing me for fraud.

These people keep calling my number for someone that doesn't live at my number, has never lived at it, and has nothing to do with me. They called me a liar and said I was who they were looking for. I don't even want to give them my name so they'll stop calling me for fear they'll continue to harass me!

i received a call this morning from a collection agency, saying that if i don't come up with $1300 by 4:00 they are going to proceed with legal action, I have been making monthly payments to this agency which was accepted by the them. Can they proceed with legal action, and what can I do to stop it.

Hello. I have been trying to contact the company that is garnishing my wages for student loans but the rep that is handling my account has yet to call me back etc. The only thing I am trying to find out is since they are garnishing my wages, are they going to take all of tax return? or is it a percentage?? Its like a never ending battle with automated systems and voicemails.. Some insight would be great:?: :D
