Hello, Last Monday I got a call from a women(could not understand her) telling me that I had 4 complaints against me and that I needed to call her back. This last This Monday at exactly the same time....this number calls again and tells me that if I don't call back or my attorney calls back...it will be bad news for me. The number they gave me to call back was (425) 880-2605. I looked that number up and it said it was a cell number in Everett, WA. About 18 months ago...I had taken a payday loan out from Together Cash which I found out later was an illegal company.

I owe 9900 to Discover now. I can come up with 70% now to settle. I've never been late more than twice in 13 years. I can't take paying 19.99% APR anylonger and want to be debt free. I am required to maintain "Fair" credit for my employment so I am researching ways to settle without damaging my credit. Is it possible??

I am recently running into problems with Capital One... Long story short: once the economy slumped, so did my employment, which obviously means, so did my payments to them. As it stands, for about a year I was the only one in my household working, so obviously I didn't have any extra money to pay them, so I stopped. Then, I lost my job about a year ago, which also didn't help matters much. I received a court summons from them, but my mother advised me to ignore it- so I did. Now, however, I just received a message from them saying they're going to hold me in contempt of court??

What should I do first if it's past the 30 days to send a debt validation letter?

Im so confused. I NEEd help. I financed a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse December 2008 with Drive Financial. . I made my payments on time up until last March. I called them and let them knoww I was unemployed. They informed me they can take the 3 payments and defer it to end of the loan toget me current. At some point, from last year, till now, they were bought out by Santander Cosumer. They explained to me that my deferrent of 3 payments and late fees( total 1654.00)...were back on to the loan and must be paid immediately. I begged for payment arrangement, and etc.

Is it possible to conslidate payday loans

during the 'waiting' period for settlement? i feel like there is potentially more harm than good and little to be accomplished when you know they aren't ready to offer you a settlement. my story is already in their files and nothing has changed.

Hello All! So unfortunately I had a student checking account with both Bank of America and BB&T. As a result of pure irresponsibility on my behalf the accounts were closed by both banks for overdraft amounts. I never purchased checks nor was I involved in any identity theft/fraud. However I am now on the infamous ChexSystems (I am also searching for a way to find out about EWS if that even applies to me) and it is EXTREMELY difficult in opening a second chance account.
