how can i handle this? i have asked this company for a paper bil with a letter head on it they denie me all the time calles have stoped untill today and its the same thing nasty nasty. all i want is a paper bill so i know how much and pay it to be done with it. if they are no above board i need to know this too please help ill be watching thanks

If anyone can help with stopping PDL companies from taking out of my corporation's business account, please search the forum/threads for "incorporated business account". I have posted a couple times but the only way I see my post is to search the site like this, so I am hoping this will show up on the main forum page. I took out a payday loan about 2 years ago. Things happened and time passed. It was my bad, but now I have a company threatening me with a summons for fraud. Is this possible and what do I do?

:?:Need to answer a complaint and need advice fast. I am answering a complaint, the plaintiff is US Bank, the attorney representing US BANK is a collection atty that has many FDCPA vilolations, so along w my affirmative defenses and motion to dismiss (I am including in my Answer) I also am filing counter-claim. My question is, it is the "collection" atty representing US Bank that made the FDCPA violations not US Bank so do I cross-claim the attorney or simply answer and counter-claim the plaintiff US Bank? Need answer quick have to answer by Thursday.

Any advice My bank account was closed by my bank back in july, I had 2 pay day loan's that were not paid back. I'm getting calls from so called lawyers and collection agencies that can send me proof of what they are calling about they are just very vauge saying you owe this amount of money from pay day loans. I live in ny and advice? They are telling me we can send you a letter that you pay after you pay.

How do you revoke authorization for these companies to continue debiting your account?

My brother and his wife received a letter letting them know about the Palmer Class Action Suite. How do they make sure they are in on the suite against Palmer Firm? They have paid so much money in and they are still takeing money as of last month. What was to be resolved in 19 months is now going on 3years. They made them set up an account in Palmers name and they have almost twice of what they should have. Please tell me what they can do to be in on the Class Action suite.

I currently have two internet payday loans, one with Loan Point USA for $600 that I have more than paid back in interest and another with Ideal Gelt for $750. I took these loans out in my personal name and, like a fool, linked them to my Corporation's Business Account, as that was my only bank account. Now I am in a MUCH worse position as interest fees are being taken out every week and causing NSF fees to stack up, as Compass Bank will continue paying these debits whether the money is in the account or not because of it being a business account.

1/25/2011 recieved a letter in my mailbox today from rjm acquisitions llc about oweing the doubleday book club $72.03 because i failed to fulfill the contract agreement. can i skip this? i'm not interested in contracts or agreements .... a customer k. mchale i had to purchase a certain number of books over a 3 year period and could'nt find any more books i wanted to buy....that's why i owe them money.

Keven Spencer from Cyber Crime Unit in New York keeps calling me telling me that they are filing charges against me for their customer. They say I borrowed money and owe them $895. I have asked them to send me documenation and they dont. I really don't remember as I have gone thru a lot of personal issues in this past year. I just want documention and they refuse to send it....they just keep calling me and telling me that I can explain it to the judge and for me to get an atty. I went back and checked my accounts for a deposit and was unable to find one from them. Help.
