Dear Nelly I need help as i in arears with my bond repayment and they are already proceeding with legal action, where can i borrow R20000 to clear the arrears immediately within 5 days?

Just got a phone call from Mrs Penny Castle to call her at 877-783-7771. I call back and she answers stating she is from NRS. I asked her what that was. She stated National Recovery Service, a collection agency. She said it was in regards to a pdl Bayside Loans. Haha Bayside Loans is out of Belize!!!! Mind you I have already paid $315.00 for $300.00 pdl from them before I found out Bayside Loans is illegal. She wanted me to make payment arrangements and they would send me a letter. Pffffttt!! I told her to send me paper work in the mail, she said they only send emails.

I'm being contacted via phone by ARM of FL saying that they were retained by paycheck today. Haven't spoken to anyone yet, just voicemails. As a refresher, I'm in TN and have argued several rounds of emails with paycheck today that they are illegal because they are unlicensed in any us state and therefore I am not paying any further finance fees (borrowed $400, paid $360 to date). I have told them that I will pay $40 if they provide an address. They are one of the pdls that kept saying they had Canadian tribal immunity to any federal or state laws.

I went to www.ftc.gov to get or fill out the affadavit report and i was unable to fill it out on line or print it. What do you suggest i do now? Is there another place to get one?

I am currently planning on filing bankruotcy becosue of LVNV LLC, they processed a wage garnishment through a judgement recieved on 2007. I was issued a wage garnishment via my paryroll dept, first notice of any judgement in relation to an outstanding debt. I could not afford the garnishment and submitted a Claim of Exemption form; the court overturned the garnishment and refunded my funds. They again have without notice submitted the same judgement and have again garnished my wages.

Umm where do I start, I never recieved the 30 day garnishment notice, I tried to call the collection company and they said they already sent a letter to my employer.. And they are going to start garnishing my wages! They finally sent me a new 30 day letter but I called and they said disregard it and that I should fill out the worksheet.. And give proof of me losing my job and being hired within the last twelve months.... Is there a way out of the garnishment I have no problem making a payment, just never recieved a notice...
