Filing Criminal on Oxford Management

I am about to file this criminal at the police department. There was a date that I authorized the Oxford Management to take a auto payment but before this date comes the company took my money without my permission. Her name is Rebecca at the Oxford Management to. She was the person who take my money from Citizens Bank without asking a permission. With all of the voice records and account infomation I gathered from the bank.

Creditors Financial Group

On 1/17/2011 I got 2 calls from this CA - first on my landline, then on my cell phone. This person (female) asked for someone not known to me. However, I do share the same last name of the person she asked to talk to. Also, there's nobody alive or dead in my family with that first name... It sounds like this person was on a fishing expedition... I didn't reveal that I share the same last name though. I saw no reason to do so.

Rehabbing a Loan

Hi all. I ran across this forum today while googling rehabbing a student loan, and I'm hoping those of you here can help me. I owe on a loan with Great Lakes in the amount of roughly 32k. I'm in the process of rehabbing the loan (after they already tried to garnish my already slim wages). My worry is the 18.5% that they will want at the end of the rehab. I dont know if I'll be able to afford that. What will be my options then? Would they be able to come back and garnish my wages again? If anyone can provide answers, i would be most grateful.

defaulted on my student loans

I have defaulted on my loans. I fought with them for a while, tried to get them to continue a forbearance or the other delay option they have for people who thought that college was a good idea and is now working in a restaurant. In total I owe about 60K, the amount defaulted is like 10K, but I know eventually my options will run out and the entire 60K will be wanted in 1 lump sum. I understand I will be sued, and basically every penny coming to me through my earned non-cash wages including all tax returns.. the government can intercept will be taken.

Earning potential

I hae been unemployed from my career as a RN since 6/09. I am afraid I got scammed a lot and a very good credit rating is now in the commode. I am in foreclosure with my condo and owing a lot and have gone thru most of my retirement. Recent medical costs have added to the disaster. Some of that may make it impossible to go backand at 60 yr old I really cannot do hospital nursing again. As my eyes are a big problem and nursing now involves more secretarial work.
