My boyfriend had received harassing phone calls from a James Johnson on his cell and they people that he spoke with also did have thick indian accents calling from the phone numbers that many of you have provided. The funny thing is my boyfriend and I both work for a major shoe company that deals with fraud everyday!

Late today I found there was a bank garnishment on my account and left me with 0. I think I was notified of this through court papers in the mail, I am not even sure if that is what it was and it was dated back in August and it is now Jan. 2011. I beleive it is Capitol One also. Anyway, my bank never notified me of this and it was done 3 days ago ! There is also another amount pending wich puts me in a huge negative balance and I have no idea what this is for, it doesn't state on the account. I also have not received any other papers than the ones I mentioned.

Can my federal refund be seized by the state of California court system?:confused:

Interesting info learned from Huskhawk. I filed a complaint with the SC BBB concerning their business practices. Their latest address was in SC. The BBB sent back the complaint saying there was insufficient information. Confused, I emailed the BBB rep and ask what else she needed. Here's her response. Doesn't surprise me in the least. [FONT=Arial]This company is NOT at this location. They are falsley using the S.C. address. We beleive they are located on the carribean Island somewhere which is out of purview for us.
