Does the Chapter 7 Michigan exemption for tenancy by entirety include all real estate or just homestead?

my US BANK credit card payment was due on 1/9/11 and so far no one has called to annoy me :)....when should I expect the phone calls to begin??? I know all my credit cards have the right phone #. Thanks In too deep

I just defaulted on a private student loan through sallie mae in the amount of 15,000 and now I have to deal with the consequences. I've done some reading and from what I see I'll be contacted by a collection agency soon and if I cant pay the amount I will have to go to court and they will seek a judgment against me. My question is what can I expect to settle for? I am trying to raise the money. Thanks.

Ch7 BK filed 10/2005, discharged 2/2006 Capital One and Chase entries do not have a statement "This account is scheduled to continue on record until Aug 2012." I have the capital one and two chase that were part of the BK, but lacking this statement on the credit report, how/when can I get them off my credit report? The 3rd Chase entry was before the BK. Chase Status: Transferred,closed. $X written off. Charge Off as of Aug 2005 Creditor's Statement: Purchased by another lender how/when can I get this off my credit report? Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone can help me out as far as getting a debt out of collections and back to the original creditor or a way to settle the debt while in collections and getting it off my credit report. hello all, i received this email from my payday loan today and about fell out my chair from laughing when i first seen it, but am wondering if this can happen from them.. here is it copied for you guys take on it: " Your account has defaulted to our collections department for non-payment your bad check has been reported to Contribution, a service of SCAN. Being listed in this service prevents check writing at major retailers, such as Wal-mart, Target, etc.
