how many dependent can u sumbit and if u have a teenager were u supply money,bus fare, ccan u file them

Ok, In 2006 I cosigned a private sallie mae loan for a "friend" to finish school. However she never finished school and has had the loan in deferment ever since. She keeps giving me the run around saying "Yea i'm going to consolidate my loans so that I can get this one out of your name". Now since she is taking her sweet time, I just was wondering if there were any companies or the best ways for her to consolidate so I can just present her with all the options so that she no longer has any excuses as to why she cannot consolidate them.

I have myself in a horrible situation with too many payday loans I am to the point my whole check is going to fees I have been trying to find a way to consolidate to get better payments and pay them off but I dont know how to find a legitimate payday loan consolidation company On this site I keep seeing T & C but I cant find more information Can anyone help I am drowning quickly Thanks

I got a call from Pinnacle on an over 7 year old debt that has already come off of my credit report. They are saying they now represent this debt? It was ebay fraud and the credit card company would not acknowledge that goods (a computer) was never received and that the funds being picked up at a Western Union in Lithuania was fraud. This thing was arbitrated and it was ruled in our favor. How can this company now say they are representing a resolved debt? Should I even respond to them?

Hi, I keep getting robo calls for two different people; one is a couple and the other is an individual. No matter how many times I tell them that I am not the person they want and to quit contacting me, they still call and then sell off the debt to another agency and here we go again.... I've been dealing with calls to one couple for approximately 5 years--almost 6 now. And, calls for the other person not as often for about a year now. How can I get this to stop - it's driving me insane. And, the telephone company just shrugs it off.

Has anyone settled with Wells Fargo VISA card? I am wondering how they are to work with, and also if this will affect any of my other accounts with them (I have a checking account, a business account, and a line of credit all with this institution) Thanks
