I'm about 102 days late with Barclays (apple credit) and Chase and Citi will hit 120 days next month. I've not received any offers for settlements with any of these. My financial situation was rotten in 2009 but picked up somewhat in 2010 so I've been socking away my money to DYI settlements - it's the only way for me to ever possibly get out of debt.

payday loan trap15 years 1 month ago ok we have fallen into the payday loan trap and are unfortunately in missouri they are all online payday loan companies and do not know if there is anything that can be done have thought about filing bankruptcy it has become so bad we are paying out around 400 a month for 7 payday loans between my husband and myself. any suggestions?

debt consolidation15 years 1 month ago :cry:My question is what can be encompassed in the debt consolidation. My situation is this-I was recently scammed by someone I met on a social website. I now have an additional 15K debt thanks to that. I also just recently got divorced. My debt is as follows-mortgage, home equity loan, another loan(don't know what type it is-thru citi financial), personal loan, 2 credit cards( personal loan and cards because of scam). The personal loan and home equity are deducted from my checking. I just recently am borrowing from my retirement to pay off some of the scam debt.
