Can anyone help with internet pay day lending laws in NY state?

Howdy folks. Have a payday loan with these folks and trying to find their contact info for loan verification, documents, etc. Anyone happen to have their contact information? Thanks in advance!

The big one that I still owe is to Redstone. Back in September I asked for payment arrangements on a $550 loan plus $192 interest and they said I can just pay the $192. I haven't kept good track of it (thinking the balance was going down) and finally called yesterday. I've been paying $192 in interest twice a month and the balance is not going down at all. Is this legal to charge that much to a Maryland resident? I also have Elastic, cashnet, advancemetoday, paydayloantoday. Cashnet and advance me were not helpful with payment arrangements at all. Are these 4 companies legal?

I have a problem and need some legal advice. I bought a spa at the state fair in late August of 2010 . They would not take a credit card for the full amount and I did not have a check with me so they said they would give me 6 months same as cash. So I bought the spa and when the bill came it was 29.00 more than our contract said I would have to pay. So I only paid the amount on our contract. I did call G.E. Money Bank and ask about the 29.00 and they told me that it must have been a fee the spa company had put on the bill.

I am presently living in Florida. I am also drawing the end of my unemployment benefits. I can't find work here, therefore I am planning to move to South Carolina, to seek work. Before I was laid off from my job, a garnishment was placed on my wages. My question is.....when and if I find work in South Carolina, can they start the garnishment again, since South Carolina seems to be a "no garnishment" state?
