Recently I had several people tell me that they opened the MySmart Cash Account at Fidelity and it was closed shortly after. Apparently they are now using a company called MSI I contacted MSI and they said they use : checksystems, Lexis -Nexis and telecheck to evaluate accounts opened by Fidelty. If there are negatives, they 'suggest' to Fidelty to take appropiate action(s). This is an option that has helped so many for a long time but is now being removed from my Chex-friendly list. I am hoping that it does not cause any problems for those that have already opened accounts ..

So, I sent emails, only heard back from one PDL company (signmyloan). BUT, all but 2 of the companies no longer have my info on their website. Is that a good thing? I haven't heard from 247greenstreet.com or DiscountAdvances, and my info is still on their website saying I owe. Do you usually hear back from all PDL companies? Oneclickcash and Unitedcashloans did not respond, but they don't have the info on mine and my husband's account (it was just there this morning).

they called my phone for a week in the day time when i work. finally i am tired of them calling so i called the number to see who it is. I hear firstsource advantage. he said he is looking for this gomez guy. i don't know who this is or how they got my number. he wouldn't tell me why they wanted gomez just that he gave my number as his number. who are these people. now i have to get a new phone number and have it unlisted! dam him and this company!!!!!

I received a judgement in Utah against my former renter for non-payment of rent. I just found out his payroll comes out of Dallas, TX, can I garnish his wages? He doesn't live or work in Texas, he lives in Utah and is currently working in New Mexico. The only connection to texas is is payroll.

Well did I have a surprise upon doing a check of state/county records online. I found that I have another lawsuit filed against me in the same court for another credit card they allege I owe for. At first I was scared as hell, the people filing the suit against me is the infamous Porfolio Recovery Associates and I have read about some of their underhanded tactics.
