Below is an email response back from payday loan yes to me after I emailed them a revoke letter today. I reside in NJ and state law prohibits pdl. I have paid $200 over the principle amount. How should I respond back their saying I still owe them the money. Please help!

HI- I have seen a ton of people settling with Bank of Americ and Citi, but I have not yet too see anyone make a settlement with wells fargo... I am new to this thread(joined 3 days ago) so maybe i simply have not come accross it yet. Is it hard to settle with them...please advise if you have any info on them. thanks

My main question is: Is there anyone out there from Oklahoma or who knows Oklahoma law regarding payday loans? I have a copy of the "licensed" Deferred Deposit Lenders from the Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Credit-MMG Holdings is NOT on it, and they(FFG) will NOT tell me where MMG is located. I received a $300 deposit in my account in November from a company called MMG Holdings LLC-by the time I saw it in my account it was too late to cancel it-I know I owe the 'principle' and absolutely want to pay that back. But I KNOW I did not apply for a loan from MMG Holdings.

I have about $80K in unsecured cc debt but make about $100K/yr. My wife has been ill for months and has not been able to work enough to keep a full-time job. Things have snowballed to the point that we can't pay on debt as well as normal expenses. I was going to declare Ch13 but do not like what I see with the supervision for five years AND I have learned that my family might advance part of an inheritance as either a gift or a loan up to about $50K as a lump sum.

I was told I had a garnishment in Payroll this morning. I was never served anything, and have no idea what the amount is for. It is from Asset Systems, Inc. but it doesn't say who the original creditor is or anything else... just that they should take money from me and give to them. What recourse is available to me? Don't they have to show proof of service? They have my address right on the court paper she showed me, so how can I have a judgement against me that I was never informed of? This collection agency has sued me before- for a hospital bill.
