I have several Payday loans....all paid due to direct deposit. However, they are putting me in the negative every two weeks. I just paid $400 in overdraft fees. I have no problem with paying the loan and a fee....however....it is never ending. I bank with TD. Loans are with. Loan PointUSA; United Cash Loans; SSM Group; Kenwood Services; Galaxy Funding; Northway and MY Cash Now. Please help.:confused:

Hi- I have a loan thru this company and after reading thru this board and searching for there license, i see they are illegal. They just tried posting a debit of my account last friday. It did not go thru. My question is, how frequently will they keep trying? I know i need to close my account in order to end this. Will they try every day? Amy

I had an agreed to Arbitration with Suttel and hammer in January 2011 and an appointed lawyer to do arbitration.. In the meantime suttell filed for summary judgement, notifying the court, notifying the arbitration lawyer and send me a certified letter (no receipt required) which I got too late, as my mail was forwarded. They got the summary judgement plus fees and fees and fees. The arbitration lawyer says, oh you will have to get an attorney now. We can't give any advise. Anything I can do to reverse this or turn it into the Washington State Bar???

Hello, Back in 08 my husband and I foolishly bought a vehicle and traded in,upside down on a vehicle. The car got repoes a few monts later as a pmt of $699.00 was a bit much having a new baby. My question is we still owe 21,800 on the car and they are telling us we can pay $20 a month.We have done this over a year now. BUT we need it off our credit as we are moving and buying a new home in the next few months and they say once thats off, it is no issue.

I paid Allied Interstate $1651.00 in June 2010 to settle in full a credit card I had through GE Money Bank a Lowe's card, I have a conformation # but now I have started recieving calls from another agency, Portfolio Recovery Assoicates saying I owe more money. When I call Ailled Interstate I just get the run around nobody seems to know anything. What do I do? it seems that Allied Interstate took money from me under false pretense.
