I have been to see the attorney to file my chapter 13 and is waiting for an appointment to set up the date in which to file the petition. I received a call today from my car company that they have submitted a letter to have the car repossessed (although the letter has not been approved). Since I am awaiting for my lawyer's appointment, I told them that they would have to contact the lawyer to get the case number. They told me that it doesn't matter because if I do not have a case number, they will repossessed the car.
