Hi! My father went through a heart surgery last month. He didn't have much financial resource to afford the cost of the operation. So, he was refusing to have the operation done. I told my father that I will bear all the expenses. I convinced him that I have the required money. It was a lie. I just didn't want to lose my father. The total medical bill was around $75,000. The fact is, I can't afford to pay that amount of money. I am considering to file bankruptcy. But my friend told me that it can't be discharged through bankruptcy. Is there any truth in it?

I've gotten myself in a mess! I owe FOUR payday loans this week and in no shape to repay. Each are for $500 which means I owe $2350. Easy Money, Check N' Go, Check Depot and QC Financial. Are they are all required by Alabama law in BRENT to offer the extended payment plan? For other reasons than this, my checking account has a "lock" on it.

i recieved an abercombie and fitch card through wfnnb today but i cant use it, it says bank declined & when i called customer service # on back of my card to see what the problem was they gave me another number which was account control, and that number is just for reporting fraudulent activity on your card, so i dont even know if my card is legit

I live in florida and took out several payday loans I could not pay back. I closed my account to keep from having anymore money debited from my account. I am now getting a call from a may that says he is from a law office and they had pending chag=rges against me for check fraud and were going to send information to my HR dept at work and have me arrested either at my home or work. Can they do that and can I be charged.
