Does anyone know if USAA will work with the CCCS agencies in establishing a Debt Management Plan? I am still active duty military and do not want to settle or go bankrupt--cannot afford the career hit from either of those, so I'm starting a DMP with AAA Fair Credit Foundation, who has sent proposals off to my creditors.

I have a bunch of payday loans in NJ, but have found conflicting accounts on the legality of them in this state. Some I have paid back more than I borrowed already and need to get out this mess.

Hi, I am in WI and have gotten in a mess with payday loans. I currently have 8 payday loans out -- all internet based. Most of these companies I have had previous loans with and paid them off.

I've been reading the old posts after I got a very harrassing call this afternoon. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. Who else can I file with? Who is T&C and AG? I live in Maryland and based on what I've read, United Cash Loans is illegal and shouldn't be doing business in any state. Please help. Thanks

I have 4 payday loans with Loan Point Usa $600, Cash Direct Express $500, Sure Advance $400 and Advantage Cash Services for $325. They were all obtained online. It doesn't appear these loans are legal in Texas, is that correct? I called Loan Point and they tried to give me the "they are licensed in UT and don't have to be licensed in Tx spiel. I plan to follow complaints with the AG, OCCC, and FTC. Is there anyone else I should file comnplaints with? Also Loan Point I have padi back over $1000, Cash Direct $528, Sure Advance $424 and Advantage $300. Thanks for any help you can provide.
