Can someone give me a legit company Debt Consolidation Loan Company? I'm in about $1500 in debt hour at my job are decreasing quickly to the point i can only pay Rent, Gas Electric and get food. I'm falling behind on everything else. I have a bad credit I'm hoping maybe I can get a Debt Consolidation Loan so maybe when things get better I can just pay the loan back.

i amstill trying to pay the settlement on the amount i owe citibank. i have a final payment of 3.8 due on 11/29- i don't have the money- they said if they don't get the money by the end of november i will lose my settlement because one of my previous payments bounced. is this true? please advise :confused: also do debt collectors own this debt or are they really working for citi?

I live in Illinois and I have 4 internet PDL's. I believe in Illinois you have to be licensed and I do not think any of them are. I tried to look it up through Illinois website and did not find them listed. However there is always the possibility of error. The companies are Sure Advance of which I have already paid $650 more than my loan amount, United cash advance of which I have paid $135 on a $150 loan. Integrity advance I have paid $270 on a $300 loan. 500 fast cash I have paid $180 on a $200 loan. What do I do?

I am being sued in a credit card debt lawsuit and about to get into a second one by dec.. I own a home (well paying for it anyway) and consulted with a lawyer which of course recommended me to file chapt 13 bankruptcy for a $1500 fee. Because of the ongoing lawsuit is bankruptcy the best option?. 1st hearing suing lawyer did not show but 2nd hearing was made for a monthy from now. Why is there a default judgement if defendant does not show but yet none of it when plaintiff does not? Thxs for sharing ideas.

Okay, I'll try and keep it brief. First off, I'm 12K behind on my mortgage and my loan is currently at the underwriter with Chase. I have been making modified payments now for 9 months. Second, I have about 40K in loans and credit card debt. I am current on 3 loans from my credit union, and am current on both car loans. I have received 3 letters from creditors at law firms, Anthony H. Rodriques, Frederick J. Hanna, and one more I just recieved. I sent the first 2 the debt validation letters and will send the 3rd this week. This is what I was wondering.

I sent a debt validation letter to a CA after receiving a request for payment on a debt on a credit card and they in reply sent a request for more information. Such as: Paid in full or account settled information; copy of a police report on Fraud or identity theft and a copy of the contract or detailed explanation of disputed charges. I have never owned a credit card and knew nothing about this until this CA contacted me. How do I address this when I have no information and know nothing about this?
