EMG Marketing aka Emerald Marketing keep harrassing us. They keep emailing us and saying they are going to take a final action and there will be a court date, etc, etc. I am in CA and apparently they are in Nevada which is illegal for them to give a loan. This place is fraudulent! They make phone calls to my house and ask for personal information, but when I asked who they were all they would tell me is "we're first source advantage" and one lady even hung up on me when I asked what they do.

I am planning to file bankruptcy in few months. I have few loans to pay off. At the moment, I don't have financial resources to pay off the loans. Creditors want their money back. They will sue me if I don't repay the loans. So, I have to file bankruptcy. Questions: Will I be able to stay in my house? If no, can I buy a house post bankruptcy?
