I have successfully had a charged off item removed from one of my daughter's credit report! She was an authorized user of my Citibank account which I've recently settled for 35%. Now on to Bank of America for my son, and other daughter who are authorized users.

I received a letter to garnish for a old STudent loan I have 30days to appeal and when I send the correct paperwork back will this delay the garnisnment?? Thanks

I had a credit card debt from Capitol One and it was turned over to Blitt & Gaines. I have paid my balance in full and they are still garnishing my check. What can I do? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just made my last payment in november. I discussed with a rep. on the phone in oct. that I didn't owe a full payment for nov. Well, never the less, a full payment was taken out and I can't contact anyone for this matter. I want my reimbursement and settle this matter. HI Someone called my work and stated I have 1 hour to decide to pay in one lump sum or in 4 months or my Driver license would be subened and a officer would come to my work to give me a summons.

I live in Texas. I have taken out a loan back in 2009. The total loan amount is $78,000. I have paid only $50,000. I don't think I will be able to pay off the remaining balance. Whenever I am trying to apply for a new loan, the lenders are rejecting my applications. I am planning to move to Arizona. Will I be able to qualify for a loan there? Will my creditors still pursue me for the debts in that state?
