Please Help...I wish I would have checked out the message boards regarding Regent Asset Mgmt before I was scared into making payment arrangements with them. I received the "letter" from D Scott Carruthers and phone calls from people representing "Mr. Kennedy" 5 or 6 months ago. I kept getting calls from these people and I would just ignore the calls. Then, I finally decided that I should call them to find out what they wanted. I told them I am unemployed & have not been working for over a year & that I would not be able to make payments to them at this time.

not sure if this is a scam or not, but I keep getting messages at home then when I return the call, I keep getting hung up on. I actually started talking to someone today, and when I questioned her, she hung up on me, but before that, I did get the name. I do not owe Regent any money, so I am not concerned about that, just tired of the calls. Any ideas how to stop them?

Do mortgage companies reference Chexsystems? If so, I have a year or so to work on chexsystems issues but is it possible to resolve those problems?

midland has began garnishing my wages and they gave my daughter a summons which i did not receive and stated they put one in mail and i did not see only way i found out that my wages was garnish was when i received my check and to top it off it is for a card that i do not have or used and the company is no longer in busssines. what can i do?

If I say the debt is not mine. If arrow can not validate the debt Its my word against theirs. If It isn't mine, I wouldn't have any paperwork obviously SO how does that work in court?
