I too have used the services of Western Sky/ Cash Call/ Delbert Services. I have paid back the $2500 I borrowed plus a little extra. I stopped paying on the loan two months ago. My question is this: What happens next? Has anyone been sued? Gone to Court? Garnishment? I live in Kentucky and I know of no lawsuits filed against them here. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Maryland residents who have been victimized are eliIgible to receive restitution of more than $1.7 million based upon prior payments. Those eligible will be contacted within 90 days of the effective date of settlement.

I live in California, both lenders are legal here in CA. My question is, has anyone been able to settle with either one for a lump sum payment for less than what is owed? Cash Central said my account is now with The Law Offices of Daniel Slane, is that a collection agency, does anyone know? Thanks.

I am not disputing that I borrowed the 30k for my daughters college tuition, however, the loan is now over 53k, and I am being garnished at 15%. I have requested that the amount be reduced to 5% over the next 60 days, so that I can sort out what I owe. They informed me that if they do so, i will be agreeing to the balance due. I just need time to sort this out.
