Maryland residents who have been victimized are eliIgible to receive restitution of more than $1.7 million based upon prior payments. I live in California, both lenders are legal here in CA. My question is, has anyone been able to settle with either one for a lump sum payment for less than what is owed? I am not disputing that I borrowed the 30k for my daughters college tuition, however, the loan is now over 53k, and I am being garnished at 15%. I have requested that the amount be reduced to 5% over the next 60 days, so that I can sort out what I owe. They informed me that if they do so, i will be agreeing to the balance due. I just need time to sort this out.

Every month or so I get a message about someone coming to serve me a my home or job. They say that if there are any guns or dogs additional charges will be filed. It is important that I call the plaintiff. Another one asks if I know the whereabouts of a defendant name of me to call a number. Don't these lowlife dumpster divers ever give up? I just ignore them. No one calls my land line except them and telemarketers who hang up. I never ever answer my land line.
