I was trying to find a basic template for the C and D letter... Any suggestions?

I took a loan for $200 from Kenwood Services. I have repaid about $150 on it, then I was not able to keep up the payments. I have contacted them repeatedly asking for a different method of payment, but they continue to debit my bank account.

I sent out PFD to 4 different collection agencies several months ago and have not gotten a response. I then sent out Debt Validation Letters Last Week (10/5/2010) via certified mail. What should I do next if I do not hear anything from them? How long should I give them? In the letter I told them they have 15 days.

VIP Loans: It has been nearly two weeks now since I notified this wonderful group of its illegal operations in California via a certified letter with return receipt. I received the receipt of delivery a little over a week ago. I have been expecting to receive my bi-monthly prior to pay-day email warning of an automatic withdrawal from my account. But all is strangely silent. [Question] Does this mean they got the message? OR do they sometimes take a long time to respond to a ACH revocation letter? Below is the ACH revocation letter I sent them.

I know in my state (MO) you are only eligible for EPP once a year. Can anyone tell me if it is a year from the date it was initiated or a year from the date it is paid off? Thank you

Hi Everyone, I say that settlement is crazy only because of how different each company seems to handle things. Here is my situation -- all cards are about 6 months late: * Chase ($7000) - has been recently sent to Weltman, Weinberg & Reis...not sure what to do at this point...I would like to work something out but now that it's at a law firm..not sure what kind of deal they will take. * Citi ($18500) -- I just received an offer in the mail that they will accept $3600 (20%)! I am amazed that they sent it to me without me doing anything (except continuing to be late of course).

i just recdieved my credit report from transunion. i have stuff on there with "0" balances and 2 from creditors that are my husbands account not mine how do i get these taken off?

my catlogue keeps adding interest and i will never get the bill paid . what can i do?

I have Acct Receivables Technologies out of NJ refusing to close out my debt collection account based on the painfully obvious facts surrounding my case around properly canceling a gym membership. I had been on a month-to-month since the gym membership expired in Nov 2008! I called & emailed ABC Financial on Dec 1 2009 which services the AnyTime Fitness Gym Corp. They need 30 days notice. No big deal. I paid not only Dec. but a Jan 2010 monthly payment. That should have eneded it but ART sent me a letter in March stating I owed for Jan-March membership fees.
