ACE Cash Express. This is one of the PDL's that I have been trying to work payment arrangements for. $300 + $9 return account closed fee. They just called me and were stipulating there requirements which don't fit my requirements. I told them I could pay $75/mo till the loan was paid They said we need $100 down of the $309 now, and the remainder paid in two weeks. I said because of all the PDL's I have t pay back, I can not offer more than I can realisticly afford. There reply...'Then we are going to take whatever action we can within the state laws. Thank you.

About 10 days ago I went to the atm to take out my money and found out I could no longer use my ATM card. I called and they had frozen my account and were in the process of closing my account. They said my account will not be closed until Oct 4th. They closed it because they delayed a deposit I made by one day and it was their fault and they bounced a check. I am on disability and only get paid once a month, and opened a new account with a credit union and changed my direct deposit. I missed the cutoff so it went to wells fargo.

I have let paydayone default..I have cashnet...I have 5 more and am going to have to let them go too....It started with one...to get bills paid and now I cant pay bills for all the fees...I have prayed about it..and I my kids come first...I know I can't go to jail over them here in the state of Texas...I have heard they will bother the heck out of you.. just looking for advice ...and what can they do to me? Is Global Pay day Loan Leg. in Indiana. Supposedly in 2005 I took a pay day loan form them and they are now harrassing me from some collection agency phone 866-383-9266 and want a bunch of money or taking me to court. Claim they sent paperwork & I never received any paperwork

I have initiated a refinance of my mortgage with a different lender than the current loan. I did not re-affirm the loan back when my BK was discharged in FEB 2006. I received a phone call from an Equifax research services person asking for a reaffirmation letter .... one does not exist. Is this going to be an issue? I have remained current on the mortgage payments (was never late even before the BK), and actually have over 20% equity in the home. Thanks!

You have called my parents and my former employer. If you think you are going to scare or intimidate me, thing again. As long as bank of america takes my ten dollars a month, you can't do anything to me but harass me. I pay what I can and no more. I am not going to lose my home or make my child starve to pay anymore than I do. So keep calling and harassing everybody you find with your public record search and internet searching, I couldn't care less.

Help please. I have sent discovery to law firm of dc. their response time has expired. my belief is that they have no proof of their claim, since in my discovery I requested debt validation and other document requests to prove their case. I initially answered their discovery with the appropriate responses and objections I found through this site and my personal research. between the time frame of my discovery they filed a motion to compel, which I assumed needs to be court ordered, which was not on the copy of what they sent me (judges signature).
